the bridesmaids

kristie mcroberts
krisitie and jill became best friends after causing trouble in a movie theater together in the 5th grade.  kristie recently moved from atlanta to orlando, florida and now works as a social services director in a nursing home.  jill is proud to have kristie as her maid of honor.

nicole manning
nicole and jill became fast friends in high school, and later became roommates (along with her cat, fitz) for 2 years at the university of georgia.  nicole is recently engaged and graduated with a master's degree in medical illustration from the medical college of georgia.  

beth milliman
beth (aka beef) and jill were both anthropology majors at the university of georgia, and lived in a tent one very rainy summer during an archealogical field school.  beth is now working towards her masters degree in islamic studies at the university of georgia.

caryn parker
caryn and jill have been friends since the 2nd grade, when they frequently got their names on the board for talking.  caryn now lives in searcy, arkansas, and works for harding university library, where she manages student employees.

jessica peterson
jessica and jill met through their church youth choir in high school (neither is known for their singing voices).  jessica also attended the university of georgia.  she recently received her masters degree in wetland ecology and now works for the university of pennsylvania doing research.

courtney chambless
courtney and jill attended the university of georgia together and got to know each other on a week-long road trip to the grand canyon.  courtney lives with her husband dan in atlanta, georgia and works as a mental health case worker.

the groomsmen

andre dominguez
andre is brian's father and an engineer for pa power and light in bloomsburg, pennsylvania.  they first met in 1974 and have been very close since then.  it is an honor to have andre in the party.

josh finkenberg
josh is a friend from emory university and ceo of af investments in san diego, california.  they were roommates for most of college and have remained close (and mostly out of trouble) since then, despite being in different parts of the country.

jay johnson
jay (aka the 'gunslinger') is a friend from wachovia bank in atlanta and the c.o.o. of a callahan & associates in washington dc.  they worked together for several years and ran the chicago marathon together, collecting quite a collection of stories along the way.

scott miller
scott is a friend from beta theta pi fraternity and an analyst for mci in atlanta, ga.  they were pioneers in the faucethead social club and published many insightful theories together.  brian was also in scott's wedding in washington dc in '02.

russ schoen
russ was brian's big brother in beta theta pi fraternity and is an independent creativity consultant in chicago, illinois.  after knocking out the blues and ribs joints in atlanta, they have sampled many of the same in chicago.

dan washburn
dan is a childhood friend and is teaching english in china.  their friendship began in 1979 and has generated a few decades of highly entertaining stories.
